SB 558 -- EXPERIMENTAL TARIFFS OF GAS CORPORATIONS

This bill removes the termination date of June 30, 2007, for
experimental tariffs authorized by the Missouri Public Service
Commission for gas corporations which allow schools to purchase
aggregate amounts of natural gas.  The current tariffs will
remain in effect until terminated by the commission.
